SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is processed, please allow a few days for your order to ship, using the shipping method selected at checkout. All domestics orders will be shipped via USPS and all international orders will be shipped using DHL services.
All international orders are subject to customs/duty fees. Customers are responsible for these fees.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is unfortunately misplaced, please reach out to your shipping courier.
We want you to be happy and love the way you look and feel in your new ELYSE CHRISTINE piece! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly except returns or exchanges on all regular priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
*Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size, if requested new size is available.
To return or exchange an item, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition in which it was received. This includes the item's tags, and packaging. If you would like to exchange your item, please include a written request in your return package, indicating the size, color, and style of bra you would like for us to send in return. Shipping for returns and exchanges are at customer's expense.
Please submit a returns request with your order number (within the 14 day window) to email@example.com and we will respond with the return shipping address, as well as confirm whether an exchange/store credit or refund is approved.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow a few days for your refund to be processed, or for your new, exchanged item to ship.
*All returns will be refunded to its original form of payment and does not include shipping fees.
